Partes positivas: visitas marcadas mais que uma vez sem qualquer problema e sempre com disponibilidade total do Albano para nos acompanhar e tirar todas as dúvidas relativas à casa. Envio de propostas de diversos bancos muito rápida. Acompanhamento do Albano em todo o processo com o banco que escolhemos. Partes negativas: a parte burocrática de todo o processo alongou-se mais do que o esperado colocando em risco a nossa data limite para ficarmos sem local onde ficar, uma vez que também vendemos a casa onde estávamos. Penso que esta parte nada teve a ver com o Albano mas com a parte processual. Na minha opinião podia ter sido mais rápida. Satisfeitos no geral com a compra do imóvel. Obrigada,
