Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using AI Realty Global and its associated websites, AI advertising tools, realtor directory, software, APIs, and services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by RESULTADÁPROVA UNIPESSOAL LDA (NIPC / Registration No. 519637224, registered at Avenida da Verdizela 54, Portugal) ("AI Realty," "we," "our," or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use the Service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on AI Realty's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • modify or copy the materials
  • use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
  • attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on AI Realty's website
  • remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
  • transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service. By submitting, posting, or displaying content on or through the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

  • copy, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works of, or build a competitive product or service based on any portion of the Service, its software, or its features;
  • use any robot, spider, crawler, scraper, automated device, or manual process to harvest, scrape, extract, or monitor any data, listings, agent directory profiles, media, or content from the Service without our express prior written permission;
  • circumvent, disable, or tamper with any security-related features, authentication mechanisms, rate limits, or access controls of the Service;
  • in any way violate any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation;
  • transmit, or procure the sending of, any unsolicited advertising, promotional material, or spam without our prior written consent;
  • impersonate or attempt to impersonate the company, a company employee, another user, or any other person or entity;
  • in any way infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy, or rights of others, or post content that is fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, or harmful;
  • introduce viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, or other malicious software, or engage in conduct that restricts, inhibits, or damages anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service.

6. Service Availability

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Service, and any service or material we provide via the Service, in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if, for any reason, all or any part of the Service is unavailable at any time or for any period.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of AI Realty and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service, including its website, software, AI-powered advertising tools, automated ad launch infrastructure, realtor directory, content, and all related products and services provided by or through AI Realty, are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AI Realty disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including without limitation implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, or course of performance.

AI Realty makes no warranty or representation that: (a) the Service or any products will meet your specific commercial or individual requirements; (b) the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; (c) the results, lead volumes, conversion rates, impressions, or return on ad spend from any advertising campaign launched through the Service will meet any target or benchmark; or (d) any listing information, AI outputs, recommendations, or materials available on the Service are complete, accurate, or free from error. Third-party advertising networks (including Meta, Google, TikTok, and YouTube) operate independently, and AI Realty is not responsible for ad approvals, delivery variances, ad account suspensions, or platform policy enforcement by such third parties.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall AI Realty, its parent company RESULTADÁPROVA UNIPESSOAL LDA, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, sales, data, goodwill, advertising expenditure, or business opportunities, under any contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or other legal or equitable theory, arising out of or in connection with:

  • your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the Service, software, or products;
  • any ad campaigns, promotional results, budget spending, ad network policies, or account actions on third-party platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube);
  • any conduct, statements, content, or listings of any user or third party on or through the Service;
  • any automated content, images, video assets, or text generated by AI tools; or
  • any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions, content, or data.

In no event shall the total aggregate liability of AI Realty and its affiliates for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Service exceed the greater of: (a) the total amount actually paid by you to AI Realty for the specific Service giving rise to the claim during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability; or (b) one hundred euros (€100).

10. Revisions

AI Realty may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal, without regard to conflict of law principles, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Portugal.
