They quickly understood exactly what we were looking for and guided us every step of the way. From connecting us with an excellent attorney and creditor to help with our NIF numbers and mortgage, to assisting with utilities, and even introducing us to a wonderful interior designer, they thought of everything. Their professionalism, local knowledge, and warm support turned what could have been a stressful process into an exciting adventure. I can only say good things about this agency. My agent Elizabeth Machado helped me professionally to choose a plot of land for purchase. Everything was very well organized – she was always in touch, explained everything clearly, and helped me understand what stage we were at and what the next step would be. Elizabeth speaks excellent English, so there were no communication problems, which was very important for me as I don’t speak Portuguese. The agency handled all communication with the seller and helped arrange all the necessary paperwork. They also have a lawyer who assists in preparing everything quickly and correctly.
