Buying a house is one of our most important decisions. We were full of fears of buying real estate abroad (foreign language, rules, law, fees, agents). This last fear, agents Sidonio and João turned out to be trustworthy. They conducted us reliably through transactions and helped in setting up a bank account, payment, deed and media rewriting. Sidonio, João and Barbara words and assurances 100% came true. We received the house, garden, fragment of the forest and the space we expected. Sidonio and João, agents from Century 21, were very helpful with our property purchase in Madeira. They found out very quickly and exactly what we were looking for. And when they didn't find that in their inventory, they brokered the exact match from other brokers. So it's not just about selling something for them, but about offering their customers exactly what they are looking for. Both also helped with things that are not part of their core business - after we had already bought the property. For example, they took several hours to help us finalize the utility contracts - water, electricity and waste disposal - on site. We were very impressed by this willingness to help! And finally, they recommended us a restaurant that serves the best espetadas on the island, so we could feel at home right away. And of course we tried it right away. Delicious... I & T
