Rosário Líbano Monteiro

Rosário Líbano Monteiro is an Associate Agent with RE/MAX Cidadela, based in Cascais, Portugal. Working in the Cascais area, she is bilingual and assists clients in both Portuguese and English. She began her professional training with the RE/MAX Initiation Seminar in 2007. Over the years, she has systematically built her expertise through a series of specialized courses, including Sales Training and Advanced Real Estate Sales Strategies (Group) in 2008, as well as the iWork course. In 2009, she completed Deal with Sales Familiarly (Trata as Vendas por TU), followed by Practical Strategies in 2011 and Neuro-Linguistic Programming in 2015. Most recently, she completed the RE/MAX training program covering Buyers and Prospecting in 2019.

To ensure precise property evaluations, she twice completed both the Comparative Method Valuation 1 and the Cost and Income Assessment 2 courses, once in 2008 and again in 2018. This extensive training foundations her approach to serving buyers and sellers in the Cascais real estate market.
