Rita Marques

Rita Marques is a real estate professional at RE/MAX Vantagem Central in Lisboa. She began her career in October 2007 as a Store Coordinator and received reporting training in November 2007. To build her foundational expertise, she completed training in iList Module I in April 2008, as well as both iWork Brokers e Coordenadoras and iWork Agentes in March 2009. She also completed the Trata as Vendas por TU training in July 2009.

Marques went on to build significant leadership experience, serving as the Coordination Manager of the Duplo Prestígio Group from July 2015 to January 2017. During this time, she completed Neuro-Linguistic Programming training in September 2015 and earned both the Coordinator of the Year Award 2016 from RE/MAX Portugal and the Best Coordinator Award Grupo Duplo Prestígio in 2016. In 2017, she took on the role of Marketing and Quality Manager for the Duplo Prestígio Group, later serving as the group's Marketing Manager from January 2018 to September 2019.

To further her professional development, Marques completed Facebook Marketing for Recruiting and Sales training in April 2018, followed by MaxWork Intensive Training for Agencies in July 2018. Based in Lisboa, she currently holds the title of Quality Manager.
