Part 2 Within days of being appointed the Apartment was on the Markets with fully set of high-quality colour photographs, drone video and walk-through video. Adverts were put up in both Century 21 offices, on the internet with billboards in both Nazare and Sito. We even held an Open House, completely funded, and organised by Tiago (Century 21) where he also supplied drinks and food. This all resulted in good quality enquiries ,which Tiago diligently checked and with his experience brought quality people to view the property. Afterwards we always received prompt, honest feedback. Using Tiago’s strategy, we sold the apartment in less than 3 months and Tiago held our hand right through the process and is even helping the new owners with advice. Pleased to say we have been delighted with Tiago and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Nazare area.
Part 1 We needed recommendations for an honest, hardworking, reliable and informed Agent to represent us on selling our T3 Apartment in Sito de Nazare, overlooking North Beach. Tiago was suggested to us by a very trusted friend. We had contacted other local agents for comparison but decided that Tiago and Century 21 suited our requirements, especially as they are Country-wide with an extensive network. Tiago impressed us with his knowledge , manner and strategy for marketing our apartment to the relevant markets. He has a no-nonsense calm demeanour and a straightforward approach.
