Rita Marques began her career as a Store Coordinator in October 2007. Between 2007 and 2009, she completed several foundational professional programs, including Reporting training, iList Training - Module I, iWork Brokers and Coordinators training, iWork Agents training, and "Trata as Vendas por TU" training. From July 2015 to January 2017, she served as the Coordination Manager of Grupo Duplo Prestígio, during which she completed training in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) in September 2015. Her performance in 2016 earned her the recognition of Coordinator of the Year by RE/MAX PORTUGAL and Best Coordinator Grupo Duplo Prestígio. Following these achievements, she took on the role of Head of Marketing and Quality of Grupo Duplo Prestígio in 2017. From January 2018 to September 2019, she was the Head of Marketing of Grupo Duplo Prestígio, during which she also completed Facebook Marketing for Recruiting and Sales training and MaxWork Intensive Training - Agencies. Currently working in Lisbon, she holds the title of Quality Manager and is associated with RE/MAX Vantagem Park in Vila Franca de Xira, Portugal.
